INDUSTRY INSIGHTS

The numbers explain
why visibility matters.

Understanding industry-wide risk and growth is the starting point for a more informed inspection plan.

01CONSTRUCTION SAFETY
389

Fatal construction falls in 2024

OSHA reports 389 fatal falls to a lower level among 1,034 U.S. construction fatalities that year. Aerial documentation can complement, but does not replace, proper on-site inspection and fall protection.

02ENERGY INFRASTRUCTURE
17%

Of U.S. utility-scale electricity

Wind and utility-scale solar together generated 17% of U.S. utility-scale electricity in 2025. The growing asset base creates an ongoing need for organized condition documentation.

03HOME & ROOF EXPOSURE
1 in 36

Insured homes face wind or hail claims

About 1 in 36 insured U.S. homes experiences a property damage claim related to wind or hail each year, based on 2019–2023 estimates. Roof imagery helps document visible conditions for follow-up review.

FIELD OF VIEW / CONSTRUCTION

01 / CONSTRUCTION

Keep every project
in perspective.

Make your next progress update more useful. Recurring aerial views can help teams visualize changes over time, communicate site conditions, and keep stakeholders aligned.

Progress and milestone photography

Capture dated aerial photos of major build stages to give project teams and stakeholders a clear visual record of progress.

Repeat-flight site documentation

Photograph the same areas on scheduled visits to help teams compare site changes from one milestone to the next.

Project overview and logistics imagery

Get a wider view of access roads, staging areas, work zones, and site conditions to support planning and communication.

Custom deliverable packages

Choose organized photo sets, labeled images, and recurring progress updates based on your project’s reporting needs.

02 / ENERGY & RENEWABLES

Clarity for the assets
powering tomorrow.

From turbine exteriors and solar arrays to supporting renewable-energy equipment, aerial imaging offers another vantage point for documenting conditions and planning further review.

Wind turbine exterior documentation

Capture detailed imagery of visible tower, nacelle, and blade surfaces to support maintenance-team review and follow-up planning.

Solar array visual surveys

Document panel rows, equipment areas, and overall site conditions from above to support routine visual reviews.

Renewable asset condition imagery

Create consistent photo records that operators can compare across visits to track visible changes over time.

Site and equipment overviews

Provide aerial views of access roads, equipment pads, fences, and surrounding infrastructure for planning and documentation.

Specialized thermal work is scoped only when suitable equipment, permissions, and safety procedures are available.

03 / HOMES & COMMERCIAL PROPERTY

See what the ground
can't always show.

High-resolution aerial images help property owners, contractors, and roof professionals document visible roof and exterior conditions without treating photos as a substitute for a licensed inspection when one is required.

Roof condition and storm documentation

Photograph visible roof surfaces and storm-related conditions for contractors, property owners, or insurance professionals to review.

Commercial building exterior imaging

Capture high-resolution views of roofs and upper exterior surfaces that are difficult to document from ground level.

Property and site overviews

Show buildings, surrounding land, access points, and other site features in a clear aerial overview.

Organized imagery for professional review

Receive labeled photos and clearly arranged image sets that can be shared with a qualified inspector or contractor.

04 / UTILITIES & POWER LINES

A clearer view of
critical connections.

Reliable utility infrastructure begins with accurate visual records. We provide planned aerial imagery of poles, corridors, and associated assets to help authorized teams document visible conditions and prioritize closer review.

Pole, crossarm and insulator imagery

Collect high-resolution visual documentation of accessible poles, crossarms, insulators, and related equipment for utility-team review.

Transmission and distribution line overviews

Document line routes and visible components from approved stand-off distances to help teams plan follow-up inspections.

Vegetation and right-of-way documentation

Capture aerial views of tree growth, corridor conditions, and access areas to support vegetation-management planning.

Substation and utility-site overviews

Provide organized aerial images of utility sites and equipment layouts where the asset owner has authorized the work.

All utility flights require site authorization and a safety plan. Work around energized lines and restricted infrastructure is performed only where appropriate permissions and operating procedures allow. Aerial photos do not replace hands-on electrical inspections.

OUR PROCESS

From first conversation
to final deliverable.

A streamlined workflow designed to keep expectations clear and the output relevant.

01

Define the objective.

Tell us what you're inspecting, the location, and the information you need.

02

Plan the mission.

We review flight access, site conditions, safety requirements, and scope.

03

Capture the data.

We collect visual documentation according to the agreed flight plan.

04

Deliver with clarity.

Receive organized imagery and the agreed documentation for review.

START A CONVERSATION

Let's look at your
next project.

Tell us a little about the site or asset you need documented. We'll use the details to discuss an approach and a project-specific quote.
